Welcome!
Our bar was opened in the summer of 2006.
Our menu consists mainly from Caucasus cuisine.
We can also impress you with the verity of shashliks made by the owner of the bar.
To achieve the proper odour, color and taste of Caucasus kitchen we use many relishes and spices. Most popular and most expensive of which is Shafran.We use this exotic relish in many of our meals, and that's where the name of our place is coming from.
At Shafran, you can also enjoy some meals of European kitchen, made from pork, lamb, beef, chicken, quail and fish. You can spend some time in our bar in a small or big company, arrange your birthday party or meet with your friends or colleagues.
On weekend evenings you can have a delicious dinner, taste some real tea with herbs brought from Azerbaijan, dance and listen to the music.
